  • MD&A management is led by a former Vice President of Lazard (a top tier US Investment Bank). He has long standing and extensive experience advising and raising funds for small, medium and large size companies.
  • Completed and publicly advertised transactions, in which he has participated to and/or led, include respectively more than €20bn fund raised, almost €15bn restructuring considerations and c.€6bn merger and acquisition deals.
